You don’t want to miss this quality martial arts training! Karate can aid in development of strength, stamina, reflexes, balance, coordination, and flexibility. Students must successfully complete the Beginner Karate class or have consent of the instructor to enroll in the Intermediate/Advanced class.
This class provides beginners with a solid grounding in kihon aza (basic techniques) and ukemi (the art of falling) as well as an introduction to Aiki weapons. Join us Mondays and Wednesdays to learn from local instructors with more than 20 years of experience teaching Aikido!
