Hickory Ridge Golf

HICKORY RIDGE — Hickory Ridge Public Golf Course is one of the most challenging 18-hole golf courses in Southern Illinois. HRPGC earns its 129- slope rating, stretching out over 6,800 yards of mixed hilly terrain, ponds, and natural stands of hardwoods and pines. The zoysia grass fairways are designed to tolerate heavy play and traffic. Weather permitting, HRPCG is available to the public year-round.  Hickory Ridge Public Golf Course is the home to the golf teams at Carbondale Community High School and Southern Illinois University. HRPGC hosts many tournaments, including the annual Saluki Invitational.
